Can you try to regenerate the column? It might be because of this because appsheet need data from your column to be same as appsheet in order to see the changes

Im not sure whether appsheet can read the excel dropdown because my practice is a bit different. I am not sure how this can help you but you can try just using appsheet instead of taking the dropdown value from excel dropdown. Or maybe take dropdown value in appsheet using one column in excel listin…

I originally set it as Yes/No type to App to match the sheet but then I changed it in the sheet to have 3 options: Yes, No, Complete. It’s after doing this that I can’t get AppSheet to match same options as Google Sheet.

Yes, I believe, @Nadhirah 's suggestion is good one. You could try to regenerate the table in the app.
