Download file after upload

Hi, I created a very simple app to track some projects. I recently added a file column in my table with type “field”.

I was able to upload the file, but when i refresh the app, it just gives the filename with no way to either view or download. How can I make the link clickable or viewable?

ok.. i figured it out. needed to use the LINKURL(“http://appsheet.com”) formula.

There is usually a default action called “Open File” that’s inline with the File column

Thanks SkyOYC, i didn’t see that but i also am seeing a weird thing. So I have my normal/default view and the icon for downloading the file is there… which is great.. but i also ahve another view which filters some of the closed task, but the file icon is not there and just the name of the file. Is that normal?
