does the initial value field not work with enum buttons?

everytime i open my form it’s not showing what i’ve put for the initial value, even though it’s still showing there in the column data.

also, it seems that the fields i had marked as required all defaulted back to not required when I regenerated the table.

why would this be?

Make sure APPFORMULA field is empty and then try this: =“1st call”

app formula was empty.

add the quotations, resynced and still not working

Delete the = and it will work. “1st Call” only, including the quotes
