Do SMS texts sent from AppSheet always use the same outgoing number? In my limited testing, 425-287-5900, was the sender.

I’d like to have my users add that number to their contacts so they will know it is not spam.

That’s the Twilio Phone Number assigned to AppSheet from Twilio. So it’s supposed to be a static number.
