Distributing, cloning and licencing apps

Hi All

I have created a group of apps that link together to make one overall app, using a main dashboard. Firstly am I right in thinking that these cant be merged into one app - if not I’ll publish the main dashboard.

I am wanting to:

  1. Publish a generic “test” version that clients can download, play with etc. before they purchase, using dummy demo data.
  2. Once purchased, publish bespoke versions branded for the individual client and using their data set.

So… Questions:

  1. Are the above possible, licensing wise? I know I’d have to buy a license per unique user of the Bespoke app… but can I distribute the demo to a number of people to test without then signing up/paying for an appsheet licence?
  2. Is there a way to group duplicate all the apps at all, rather than copying every app separately?
  3. Is there a way of having lots of different data sets (different spreadsheets for each client), then depending on the user login, they will only see their own data?

Sorry for being vague - trying to plan the best way to get this to market - appreciate any help please!

Kinda, with a Public app you won’t pay per user

Sure, that’s one of AppSheet’s main features, but this will need an Enterprise license and you will be the one managing the spreadsheets
