Discrepancy in Clics between Looker Studio en Google Search Console

Hello,

My looker studio report exporting Gogle Search Console clics shows a different number than the GSC UI : 34.6K clics instead of 39.8k.

I checked the date and can’t find any reason for this discrepancy.

Due to the logic of the GSC API, the anonymization of search queries, and Google’s filtering of rare search queries, there may be discrepancies between the GSC API and the total numbers in the GSC frontend, depending on which table you query.

Thank you for your answer.

I used the metric “Clicks” and data source “By site” in Looker Studio.

The result just changed (it seems to take 1 day). The result is closer but still different (38.6k vs 40k in the GSC). Maybe that’s juste a timing problem.
