Disable column field based on row value product name

Hi, I am new to APPSHEET and creating a basic inventory app.

I have 3 columns ITEM, PREPPED, and UNPREPARED. How do I disable the PREPPED input filed only for the egg? Can someone help me with this? Thanks in advance

Chicken
Pizza
Egg
