Dropped calls typically occur due to a short silence timeout, incorrect no-match handling, or exceeding your Dialogflow CX quotas.
Here’s to check:
- Check your Phone Gateway’s silence timeout and increase it.
- Ensure your Dialogflow CX flow handles silence and unexpected inputs gracefully.
- Review the Dialogflow CX quotas to make sure you’re within limits.
- If you’re using webhooks, check their logs for timeouts and errors.
- Ensure your telephony provider is properly integrated.
