Hi,

I have a DialogFlow project in a Production environment.

I want to retrain the project with the phrases (and not matched with intents) entered by customers, but when I create a .zip of the Production environment and download it to my Dev environment, those phrases are not available.

Any idea on how to address this?

as far as I know, the training module just trains internally the bot and manages the Threshold in order to trigger one intent or another (like priorities work on intents).

If you want the phrases to be inside of entities or intents, you have to enter them manually or with the API
