Dialogflow ES fulfillment error

Hi all!
I’m trying to deploy a function in fulfillment section just to understand how it works.
I have just Default Welcome Intent and Default Fallback Intent, I have not modified anything.
So, I have checked the “Enable webhook call for this intent” for each intent, enable the Inline Editor and added the google project in billing account.

But when I click on deploy, I get “Error happened during Cloud Functions Deployment” and in Cloud Run Function I have this

and in log I have

Gen1 operation for function projects/botaskagent-fuyj/locations/us-central1/functions/dialogflowFirebaseFulfillment failed: Build failed: npm error code ERESOLVE

What is this error? Why it doesn’t work even if I haven’t modified anything?
