Deprecation of Monetization "Limits" feature. (Admin->Limits tab on UI)

Hi, hope you are doing good.
Want to reach out to you about Monetization “Limits” feature (Limits tab on UI). The feature is going to be deprecated on Oct 1 2016. The same functionality can be achieved by Rate Plan configuration Notifications or Adjustable Rate Plan setup. Prior to October 1, 2016, it is recommended that you transition all custom limits into your rate plans.

Good idea, how to convert? :slight_smile: Delete and recreate?
