Deployed app having occasional error

Hi AppSheet community!

Was wondering if anyone else has encountered this error before? According to the user this has only happened once or twice, and have been able to be resolved by closing out the app. However since the use case for the user is week-long offline stints, I am concerned that one of these days it would cause data loss problems without being able to sync when bringing the device back to a online setting. If anyone has any clue on how to prevent this from happening again, will greately appreciate!!

Yes, and it seems it’s just a temporal error when trying to fetch the server and something goes wrong. Retrying always solved for my clients.

It shouldn’t at all, unless you change your tables’ schema

I don’t think it’s posible to prevent this since it’s tied to your internet connection. Use a better one maybe?
