Delay in loading the app on mobile device

Dear Sirs:

We are having problems with some users, it takes them more than 1 to 4 minutes to open the application on a cell phone provided by their company. But on their personal phones the app opens in 18 to 30 seconds.

Any idea why this happens, even though the device meets the requirements to use appsheet.

Bad internet connection?

Vendor bloatware?

Malware?

Over-aggressive malware protection?

VPN?

Likely not an AppSheet problem.

Internet problem has been ruled out. Internet is stable.

Any idea how I can perform these tests?
Bloatware from the provider?

Malicious software?

Overly aggressive anti-malware protection?

VPN?

Those issues are well outside the scope of this forum and what I’m willing to help with.
