Default Root distribution from the closed network

Is it possible to have BGP distribute the default route (0.0.0.0.0/0) from the closed network to the OCI side?

VM ⇒ Cloud Router ⇒ Interconnect ⇒ On Premise Router

If the Internet Gateway is built in the VPC, is it correct to consider not to bat the route (0.0.0.0/0 is batting)?
