Pooled licensing is now available for AppSheet Enterprise licenses self-serve
You can now choose how your enterprise licenses are provisioned to users. When pooled licensing is turned on, your AppSheet Enterprise Plus licenses will be granted to any user from your Google Workspace verified domains when they sign in to AppSheet, eliminating the need to assign licenses in the Google Admin Console. Customers on the legacy team licensing model have been automatically migrated to pooled licensing, but now have the ability to turn it on and off self-serve. See Pooled licensing.

We recently moved from a Core Platform to Enterprise Plus as we needed cloud based SQL storage as we have grown. Most of my users on the app fall under external licensing (78 as of now). With Core licensing, I could change the number of purchased licenses directly from My Account in Appsheet, quickly and easily updating the license counts purchased.
With Enterprise Plus, I have now spent a better part of a week with Appsheet Support and Workplace Support trying to purchase external licenses, whether on a monthly basis or moving to a annual purchase plan. To date, I have yet to be given an answer as to how exactly this is to be done. It seems like there is a missing step either in the admin console, or within Appsheet to purchase external licenses with ease at this moment. With external users outside my organization, I feel like I have lost my ease of purchasing licenses in having upgrading services and that neither Appsheet or Workplace Support have any solution to assist. Is there a fix to this in the works?

Currently, external user licenses are only available for purchase offline through Workspace sales or through a reseller. Early next year, we will launch a self-serve license for external, unauthenticated, and non-enterprise app users.
