Date Range Control Not Changing Chart Results in Looker Studio

Hi everyone,

I’m having trouble with the Date Range Control in Looker Studio. I have two charts:

1. One chart shows full payments based on the payment date.
2. The other chart shows full payments based on the departure date.

I want to filter both charts using a single Date Range Control, but changing the date range does not update the results.

Your Default Date Range are set to Custom in your dataviz.

Change it to Auto, and they will change when you update the date range:

Hello, I added the example to the first page of your Looker report. Please check it. As Looker_Studio_B mentioned, you need to set the table date range to ‘auto.’ This will allow it to be controlled by the date controller.

One strange thing is that if you cannot change the report’s date range, try creating a new table as I did. That should resolve the issue.
