Database Migration Job cannot talk to postgres DB on premise

We are using the Database migration job to migrate our in-house Postgres DB hosted on GCP and after following all the instructions on the guide we are still getting not able to connect to source instance using generic::unknown error. Any help here would be appreciated.

IP allowlist is the connectivity method.
