Data Change 'All Changes' Email automation not triggering

Hey!

Attempting to get an email + text bot to trigger by new data getting added to a Google Sheet (run off a form)- I even set it to ‘All Changes’, with no filters or anything- but it won’t fire the bot.

I’ve already tested the email and data-pulling parts of the automation, and they work flawlessly, but even if I add new data to the sheet, the automation just will not trigger the bot and send those emails and texts.

Any advice on why this might be?

It sounds you have not installed AppSheet addon called AppSheet Events from your gSheet. Without it, it won’t be able to trigger any Bot.
