I have a dashboard view set up which shows a batch (inline) and then relevant details for that batch. One of these is retention samples. However, not all retention samples that are added show up on the dashboard, and I cannot figure out why not!!
This may be a bit obscure a question, but any help would be appreciated.

Are you using a slice or security filter? How is your dashboard and its sub-views setup?

There is no security filter, BUT I am using a slice which is essentially just a copy of the original retention sample data. Essentially some retention samples show up on the dashboard and some do not.
I am thinking it may be something to do with how the data is entered, as in the excel spreadsheet there seems to duplicate ie. data entered at the same time with the same date, although they do have unique row IDs.
I’m sorry to ask! I didn’t create the original app so am not confident in how it was set up. Any help would be so wonderful.
