Hello AppSheet Community,
I’m encountering a persistent issue with a dashboard view where the layout renders differently for users on different computers, and I’m hoping to find a solution or see if this is a known bug.
The Setup: I’ve created a dashboard that contains three main interactive views:
- A “Details” view.
- A “Products” view.
- An “Offered Prices” view.
The intended and correct layout, which displays perfectly on MacBook, is to have the “Details” and “Products” views side-by-side, with the main “Offered Prices” table positioned across the full width at the bottom (as seen in the first image below).
The Problem: For other users (and for me on different non-Mac computers), the layout breaks. The “Details” view gets stuck at the very bottom of the dashboard, below the “Offered Prices” table, which makes the dashboard very difficult to use.
Troubleshooting Steps Taken: We have already tried the following without a permanent solution:
- Using the “Reset Dashboard” button.
- Syncing the app multiple times.
- Clearing the browser cache.
- Testing on different computers and in incognito mode.
Has anyone else experienced this kind of inconsistency with dashboard layouts across different laptops? Any advice on how to enforce a consistent default layout for all users would be greatly appreciated!
