PLEASE Help us we are in deep trouble:

  1. A cyber criminal who posed as a specialist deleted our Wordpress database for this instance and it has no backup. It was in the last 24 hours.

  2. They also changed my access level. I am the business owner,

We are not capable of upgrading to premium support because they limited our privileges.

We need to recover our website urgently before it is too late. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
