Hello,
I have deployed an agent in CX Agent Studio and, under Monitor → All dashboards, I can see the “Made by Google - Virtual Agent” dashboard.
In the same view, I also see the message:
“No custom dashboards. Dashboards created in this project will show up here.”
However, I cannot find any option to actually create a custom dashboard. There is no obvious Create Dashboard button or similar functionality in the interface.
I have searched through the documentation but have only found information describing the metrics shown in the prebuilt dashboard. I have not been able to find any documentation explaining how custom dashboards are created or where this functionality is available.
I am an owner of the Google Cloud project, so I do not believe this is a permissions issue.
My questions are:
- Is it currently possible to create custom dashboards that appear in the CX Agent Studio monitoring section?
- If so, where can they be created?
- Does this need to be done through Google Cloud Console (for example, Cloud Monitoring), or is there a dedicated workflow within CX Agent Studio?
- Are there any required permissions, APIs, or configuration steps that enable this functionality?
I have already created custom dashboards using BigQuery and Data Studio, but I would like to understand whether it is possible to create custom dashboards directly within CX Agent Studio and have them appear alongside the built-in Virtual Agent dashboard.
