Is there any way to customize the Date range filter in the Looker Dashboard. I have Start Date and End Filter on the Looker Dashboard and I want to add few validations for users while selecting these filters like
Start Date should not be greater than End Date.
Start Date should not be greater than current Date .
Need to know if we can add some validations may be using Client side scripting like javascript or if there is any feature to enable or disable dates in the date calendar based on these rules .
Do you need separate start and end date fields? If you just had a single date field in dash, then users wouldn’t be allowed to the first one. The second check could be done using liquid?

I think this is not available in looker, you would have to open as a report and edit in the looker studio.

I was just thinking of a regular filter in a dashboard and choosing Timeframes as the Control. Then you have option to choose a date range.
