Hi Mas, thanks for the question. Policies currently allow team admins to restrict which functionalities are available to the team members, or under which conditions they’re available - e.g. enforce sign-in on all apps in the environment. If I’m reading your request correctly, it sounds you might want to automate assigning a co-author (is that correct?) - if so, that is not possible with the current policies in AppSheet.

hi @kamila, I’ve learned from various sources about custom policies in the appsheet.
now, i just want to know if the appsheet allows to disable new source? maybe like only certain users can add new data, other users can’t add new data but can only use the data or restrict this feature on some users
