I’m Using Custom Domain For my Cloud Run service and i’m having https certificate , i need to know whether the ssl certificate will automatically renew or not please reply us ASAP …

No, It does not automatically renew. It will only renew once you go through mapping your custom domains again.
If you used a global external application load balancer, then it will renew once you provision your SSL certificate.
If the above option doesn’t work, you can contact Google Cloud Support to further look into your case. Let me know if it helped, thanks!
