Subject: Critical Issue - Two Deployed Apps Blocked for “Plan Update” on Core Plan

Dear AppSheet Support Team,

I am facing a critical issue where two of my apps have been blocked with the message: “Your app is blocked because a plan update is needed.”

App 1 (Live & Critical): OTR Tire Repair UKT (App ID: 6c186043-7723-4e57-a7fe-55f99749b217) App 2 (In Development): Relagging Pulley UKT (App ID: da4a2b18-c011-46e9-8ce0-3ce983cb913f)

My account is on the AppSheet Core plan.

· The OTR app has been deployed and running successfully for over a month on this plan.

· The block occurred suddenly on both apps.

· I have already checked for potential Enterprise features like Security Filters that reference other tables, and complex Slice filters. I have tried removing them, but the block remains.

· I also have a license usage warning (11 of 6 users), but I have already removed the extra users and my daily usage is below the limit.

Could you please investigate and tell me the exact feature or line in my app definition that is causing this violation? My OTR app is critical for my team’s daily operations and is currently down.

In the meantime you can check your app’s required plan within the app. You will find this under Manage → Deploy → Plan Requirements. See image below.
