Creating subcategories

I have created an app which contains procedural information and so far I have the procedural title and procedural text separated into differente columns. But how do I structure the database and the UX settings to be able to group different titles into one category? E.g.

        --> Apple --> Apple text

Fruits → Banana → Banana text
–> Lemon → Lemon text

I’ve tried to search the forums here, but could’nt find anything similar altough I guess this basic question have been answered before

You can group by multiple columns in the view definition. Note that double grouping does not display with indentation- you have to go into the category to see the subcategories.
