I used to generate a default attachment template and then edit it , but now I can’t find making the default template option , can you please help to find it or generate the default template ?

Hi, you need to save the Workflow first so you could see the “Create” button.

That option is in workflows tab,not in reports tab. Above thread will help you indeed
