Creating a custom developer portal from scratch using Angular

I’m using Apigee in private cloud and I have a requirement where I need to create a custom developer portal using Angular. This can be achieved using Apigee management API’s but I have questions like

  1. After creating swagger UI using Angular how can we display our API’s in the swagger UI?

  2. Does Apigee provides any API"s for this swagger integration?
