I tried to create a new topic but the “Create Topic” button stays disabled. Could a moderator advise or split this into a new topic?
Thank you for letting us know of your issue. It looks like you are able to create a new topic in any of the Google Cloud product areas.
You will only be able to reply in Community Announcements and Community Articles.
