Create CBSD on SAS Portal failed "Serial number already in use"

I attempted to create a CBSD manual on the SAS portal but kept encountering the error ‘Serial number already in use,’ even though there isn’t any CBSD with the same serial number in my deployment. Can anyone help with this issue?

Here is the info related CBSD that i would like to add:

  1. User ID: kcctech

  2. Serial Number: EB2315R0126.NR

  3. FCC ID: 2AD8UAWPQYAWPQZ01
