Create an action that sets remaining column values in an empty form?

Probably a stupid question but here goes anyway…

I have an empty [inspection] form a questions/column called “Inspection Possible”

I’ve created an action that sets all the following columns to “N/K” and I set the behavior condition to:

“CONTAINS([Inspection Possible?],“No”)”

I thought this would make the action appear, but it doesn’t! How can I make this action icon appear in a form that hasn’t been submitted?

hi @TedM , actions dosent appear inside forms view. They are meant to work in backgrounds or appear in saved record rows.
