Core license is active, but Core features (App: run a task, Integrations) are missing in the Editor

Hello AppSheet Support Team,

My account has an AppSheet Core license (included in Google Workspace Business Standard), but the Core features are not visible in the AppSheet Editor.

Problem: The "App: run a task" option is missing from the "Do this" dropdown in Actions. The "Integrations" menu is also missing from the "Manage" section. The "Security Filter" feature in Data > Table Settings is also missing.

Evidence: As you can see in this screenshot, my AppSheet Admin Console correctly shows that the "Core" license is required and active. (ここに、以前私に送ってくださった、License Required: Coreと表示されている管理コンソールのスクリーンショットを貼り付けてください)

What I have tried: I have signed out, cleared the browser cache, and signed back in multiple times, but the problem is not solved.

This seems to be a synchronization bug between the Admin Console and the Editor. Please investigate and fix my account's license synchronization.

Thank you.

There is no screenshot shown.

As far as I am aware, there is NO synchronization from the Admin Panel back to the Editor. The Editor ALWAYS has Bots and Integrations available regardless of which Appsheet plan or licenses you have assigned in the Administration panel. The plan/license needs are dependent on what has BEEN implemented - not the other way around.

In other words, features in the editor are NOT turned on and off based on what plan or which licenses have been assigned. In the event app implementation exceeds the current Plan/License, AppSheet will warn you to upgrade your plan. If you fail to do so within a period of time, the app might become blocked.

Having said that we are not always privy to AppSheet changes.

Please add the screenshot. Otherwise, I hope this helps!

Hello WillowMobileSys,

Thank you for your reply. My apologies, the screenshots failed to attach.

You mentioned that the editor should always show all features regardless of the plan. This is the core of my problem: **my editor does not show them.**

As you can see in these screenshots, "App: run a task" and "Integrations" are missing.

1. My Action Editor (Missing "App: run a task") (ここに、App: run a taskが欠落しているActionsメニューのスクリーンショットを貼り付けてください)

2. My Manage Menu (Missing "Integrations") (ここに、Integrationsメニューが欠落しているManageメニューのスクリーンショットを貼り付けてください)

This is happening even though my Admin Console shows I have a "Core" license. (ここに、License Required: Coreと表示されている管理コンソールのスクリーンショットを貼り付けてください)

It seems my editor is in an abnormal state (bug). I would appreciate any advice.

It’s not missing–there is no such thing.

I sent various things according to Gemini’s instructions, but in the end,

What this means: My instructions were incorrect.
This expert’s point is correct (and they are very familiar with AppSheet’s specifications). In other words, my previous advice that “App: run a task should appear once the Core plan is enabled” was incorrect and based on my outdated knowledge.

I sincerely apologize for causing you so much time and inconvenience by making you pursue this non-existent feature.

Thank you very much for your advice.

Hello,

I have a final, very specific update on my account bug. This is the new problem:

1. My "Integrations" menu is visible. 2. In the "Call a webhook" task, the "HTTP Headers" section is visible. 3. The "Add" button (to add a header) is also visible.

4. **THE BUG:** When I click the **"Add"** button, **nothing happens.** The **"Name"** and **"Value"** input fields do not appear.

I am still blocked and cannot add the required "ApplicationAccessKey".

My editor is clearly still in a broken state. Please escalate this specific UI bug (the "Add" button being unresponsive) to the engineering team.

Thank you.

I sincerely doubt your editor is broken. On the other hand, I can say with confidence that your AI is giving you very bad advice. You would do well to spend more time reading the AppSheet documentation and less time interacting with AI.

If you want our help, you need to clearly explain what you’re trying to accomplish, what you want your app to do. Don’t tell us what you think is wrong. Don’t tell us anything AI has told you. If you’re more comfortable doing so, use your native language.

Thank you for all your advice. From now on, I will try not to rely too much on AI and instead focus on loading the App sheet properly as you suggested.
