The error above shows up after completing the setup.
Adding permissions as the error says doesn’t solve the problem.
Can you tell me a bit more about how you go to the error? Were you setting up continuous deployment with a GitHub repo? Do you have the Cloud Build API enabled, and arre you able to build with Cloud Build directly?
