Configure Edge Private cloud UI with URLs to Dev Portal and Baas

I’m wondering whether it is possible to configure the Edge Private cloud UI with the hostnames/IPs of the Dev portal and BaaS so that it’s possible for a logged-in user to easily navigate between the BaaS, Dev Portal and Edge UI as is possible on the Apigee Edge Cloud?

I don’t know about BaaS but you can for the portal. See the doc here.
