Conditional within a Start...End in a template

I want to use a Start…End expression in a template.

I have the code shown below. The condition doesn’t work, but all the field and table names, etc, are correct. This is a parent table Machine and a child table Hazard with the column ‘Regulations’ in it.

How can I load a condition within the Start…End expression?

So <<IF: LEFT([Regulations], 2)=“15”>> and <> are not really Appsheet syntax. what is it your trying to do here?
