Community visualization broken

Since about 1st of November 2025 several Community visualization stopped working.
The issue is that these do not have an “id” tag in the “components” section of the manifest.json. However, these were rendered right until last weekend and are used in hundred of reports.

The Looker Studio is using POST on https://lookerstudio.google.com/loadCommunityViz?appVersion=20251027_0201 with “vizComponentId” being the id of the component of the Community visualization. If no id was given, this is not present and thus the loading fails with {“errorStatus”:{“code”:3}}.

Is there any way to solve this? Many thanks.

I have the same issue since monday (maybe since the first i didn’t check this weekend)

We’re experiencing the same issue. Based on our observations, the problem seems to have started right after the most recent Looker Studio updates. Specifically, we suspect it may be related to the changes listed in the October 30, 2025 release notes:

https://docs.cloud.google.com/looker-studio/docs/release-notes#October_30_2025

If anyone has confirmation or insight into this, please let us know. It’s currently impacting multiple users across our team.

I’m currently still having this issue, specifically with the Gauge visualization. It’s by Google too, so it makes even less sense that it’s broken.

I’m having this issue with the Google Font cards. they used to work before. I’m getting **
System Error**

Looker Studio has encountered a system error.

Sorry, we encountered an error and were unable to complete your request.

This is still happening to me with the Gauge visualization. Any word on when this will be worked on or fixed??

No answer on this yet? This bug/issue is still happening…
