I am surprised that a paid version of Google Workspace does not have such a basic co-host management feature!

Is there a way to add this feature to Google Workspace Business Starter?

Co-host management is a feature that is only available in Google Workspace Business Standard and higher editions. This means that it is not possible to add this feature to Google Workspace Business Starter.

But even in higher workspace we can’t manage co host features through apis? Is there any way to add co host through api while creating meeting?
