Our Cloud SQL instance (prod) was successfully upgraded from PostgreSQL 13 to PostgreSQL 14 on May 13, 2026. It has now been 48+ hours and when we go to Upgrade, the dropdown only shows PostgreSQL 14 as an option — PostgreSQL 15 and 16 are not appearing. The instance is healthy, running, and automated backups are completing normally. The product is retired so there is no active traffic. Can anyone advise why the next version options are not available?
Adding more detail in case it helps: Instance is Enterprise edition, highly available, us-east1 (South Carolina). Upgrade from PostgreSQL 13->14 completed successfully on May 13, 2026. It has now been 5 days and PostgreSQL 15 is still not appearing as an upgrade option in the dropdown. Instance is healthy and automated backups are completing normally. Any help appreciated!
