The error shown above started occurring for us yesterday (6/27/2023).
We’ve attempted the following:

Made sure that Cloud Run Service Agent had correct role per here

Made sure that the service account used to deploy from Gitlab runner had the Cloud Run Service Agent role

Manually created new revision
-
Manually tried to manage traffic
Is there any other recourse we can take besides deleting and recreating the service?
