Cloud run just stop working

Hello.

In project number 950151893526

From 7:00 UTC (14 hours after last deploy) all cloud run instances scale to zero. It tring to restart, but get error.

The request was aborted because there was no available instance. Additional troubleshooting documentation can be found at: https://cloud.google.com/run/docs/troubleshooting#abort-request

It require minimum one instance, but now number is zero and don’t want up.

Looks like I am not alone here, but GCP status page show all fine.

Can someone explain what is going on? Thanks

We observed the same issues with all our cloud runs with direct vpc egress, around 140 instances stop reporting even with min instance.

There was a small-scale issue, which has been resolved. While the scope of impact was too small to be reported on the GCP status, it was reported via Personalized Service Health, which allows for more targeted communication of issues.
