Cloud Database source: "not retrieved from the token store" + Internal Server Error (Account/SQLAuthInfo) when updating password

Hi everyone,

I’m on a free AppSheet account, so I can’t open a support case. Hoping someone here, or a Googler, can help.

Setup

  • Data source: “Cloud Database” (MySQL), named database-1
  • App: “SOS - ERP” (appName Costosyprocedimientos-621108422)
  • 50+ tables linked to this source

Problem 1 – App doesn’t load

Data table ‘sys_usuarios’ is not accessible due to: One more entries were not retrieved from the token store

Problem 2 – Can’t update the credential

When I go to My account > Sources > database-1 > Cloud Database to update the password, I get:

Something has gone wrong! Internal Server Error

  • Endpoint: Account/SQLAuthInfo
  • Request id: 00-8a040abc1f7a2122e97b3e6ee5ff51d4-42615f26746b6b56-00

What I’ve verified

  • The MySQL database is up and reachable.
  • The password is valid (tested today from another client).

What I need

I need to update the password of database-1 without deleting the source, because deleting it would break the 50+ linked tables.

Questions

  1. Is there a known issue with the token store / SQLAuthInfo for Cloud Database sources?
  2. Is there another way to re-authenticate an existing source without deleting it?
  3. If I add a new source with the same connection details, is there a safe way to repoint all tables to it at once, without re-adding each table manually?

Thanks in advance.

Unless something has changed, SQL databases are only available to apps with an Enterprise license.

Thanks @Steve,
