Is Arcade team so much understaffed? The Work Meet PLay April ended 7 days before deadline. What about those who were collecting all the badges of past. As it is part of series and we need all to get points it not fair to do it. Any other game would have been fine but why this one?

Is arcade team so understaffed that they even cannot run a fair event?? Now for the users who were collecting every badge so far, they loose the opportunity to get deserving points due to arcade team inability to work it out??

Additionally, I have noticed that some swags are being sold on platforms like LinkedIn, raising concerns about misuse of the program.

can’t blame them to take up strict measures, because there’re literally huge group’s that has gone too far exploiting these opportunities and we normal users have to bare consequence caused by then. Anyways, i hope every new participants will find joy while learning new skills, and also the number of discripancy and malpractice would go down if implemented correctly because it’s really bad that some of them are using these swags as a trading material out there!! i also expect some great & mind blowing swags this time what they have provided in previous cohorts back in 2023-25

Dear Google Cloud Arcade Support Team,
I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue regarding the fulfillment of my Season 2 (2025) Arcade Prize. My prize was shipped via your fulfillment partner, Printo, but due to extreme professional negligence and fraudulent activities by the local courier partner (Delhivery/Shiprocket), the package is now being wrongly returned to Bangalore.
Chronology of Events:
Shipping: My prize was dispatched under AWB: (PII Removed by Staff).
Fake Delivery Attempts (April 26 – May 1): The package reached the Midnapore (West Bengal) hub. For six consecutive days, the tracking status was marked “Out for Delivery,” but at the end of each day, it was updated to “Consignee Uncontactable” or “Payment Dispute.”
Rider Misconduct: On May 1st, I received the rider’s details (Nayan C (PII Removed by Staff)). I attempted to call him multiple times; he answered once, and as soon as I mentioned the parcel, he disconnected and subsequently ignored over 10 follow-up calls.
Broken Promises: Shiprocket sent an email promising a “Special Exception” delivery attempt. However, instead of delivering, they initiated a Return to Origin (RTO) to Bangalore.
Lack of Support: I have reached out to Printo (your fulfillment partner) multiple times via email and chat, but they have failed to intervene or stop the courier company from returning the prize.
The Current Situation:
The courier company has now blocked my tracking access, and the prize is being sent back to Bangalore based on a false claim that I was “uncontactable.” I have stayed at the delivery address throughout this period and have active call logs proving I tried to reach the rider.
My Request:
As a dedicated participant of the Google Cloud Arcade, I am extremely disappointed by this experience. I request your intervention to:
Instruct Printo/Shiprocket to stop the RTO and re-attempt delivery to my address.
If the package reaches Bangalore, please ensure it is re-shipped via a reliable courier (like BlueDart) that does not engage in such fraudulent practices.
I have already filed a grievance with the National Consumer Helpline in India. I truly value my achievements in the Arcade and hope you can help me receive the prize I earned.

Same issue happened with me - I have not received my parcel till now.
First time, the delivery boy contacted me and when I went to collect, he told me he had forgotten the parcel at the office and promised to deliver it the next day.
Next day I received a blank call from the same number, no one spoke, and immediately a message came saying I was “unavailable.”
I requested another attempt via Shiprocket, but again I received a blank call and the same false “unavailable” status. Whenever I tried to call back, the number was always busy.
I have mailed to printo@printose.in several times — tickets are generated but no response.
Now tracking shows the parcel has been returned to Bangalore/shipper.
Kindly pay attention to this matter and resend my goodies. I submitted the correct address and delivery boy even reached on 1st day, yet the parcel was mishandled. Please ensure redelivery. It’s disappointing to see others already enjoying their swag while mine keeps bouncing back.
