We are using Apigee X eval org with paid version for one of our POC Project. It was working fine and able to successfully send request to Backend system.
But suddenly getting Error: Cipher creation failed due to failed due to {0} in our App page and did not see our existing Apps there. We are also not able to create new App and getting API Key failure issue in our newly deployed proxies (that are associated with those APP).
Please help out to fix it.
We have checked our lb, Frontend & Backend settings, did not see any suspicious.
Please assist here to resolve on priority.

I cannot imagine what might cause the problem you’re seeing . A couple suggestions for you.
- I notice that you’re using the older legacy Apigee UI, accessible from Apigee.google.com . Have you tried using the Google cloud console? https://console.cloud.google.com/apigee/ This might avoid a problem if the source of the problem is the UI component.
- If the problem persists , I suggest that you report this to Apigee support. If this is an “Evaluation” instance of Apigee, then you may not have a support contract. In that case, I don’t know what to suggest.
