Check if cloud storage image urls in my vertex fine-tune dataset are accessible

I have a fine-tuning dataset with image urls from images uploaded to google cloud storage.
I don’t want to make the bucket public and ensure vertex ai can access the images during the fine-tuning process. How can I verify this?
