I want to create a chart by geographical address to display the number of occurrences by city.
Is it possible if so how?
Yes. You will want to make sure you have, at least, a column for the City. You could break the address up in Address, City, State, Zip (or the columns appropriate for your location if not US) or you could create a virtual column with a function to extract the City.
Once you have a City column populated, then in the UX section you can create a Chart view. In that view you can choose a Histogram type chart, choose the City column and the chart will show Cities and a count of occurrences. See image below of Chart view.
