Hello, I purchased an AppSheet Starter subscription today but my account was not upgraded, and my card has already been charged.
Account ID: (PII removed by staff)
App ID: (PII removed by staff)
Receipt number: (PII removed by staff)
Invoice number: (PII removed by staff)
Amount: USD 25.00 (5 x USD 5.00), billing period 2026-09-07 to 2026-10-07
On 2026-09-07 at 15:37 KST my credit card was charged KRW 34,965 (approx. USD 25). The card descriptor was “APPSHEET PREMIUM PLAN MOUNTAIN VIEW USA”. In the Upgrade form I had selected: Plan Class “Secure (pay per user)”, Subscription Plan “AppSheet Starter”, 5 user licenses, Monthly.
More than an hour later, and after several hard refreshes, my account still shows:
Plan: Free
Subscription plan: Free (For prototypes/personal)
Payment Method: no card registered
Billing History: completely empty, no invoice at all
Impact: two of my five app users cannot open the app. At (PII removed by staff) they get “Error - Something has gone wrong! … Error fetching subscription”. This happens in Chrome and in Safari, on iPhone and on desktop, so it is not a browser issue.
The three users who signed in before the free-tier limit was reached still work fine. Admin > App Info shows “3 monthly users” and “Minimal plan needed: AppSheet Starter”, which is why I tried to upgrade.
Could someone from the AppSheet team check whether the payment was received and apply the Starter license (5 seats) to account (PII removed by staff)? I do not want to be charged twice by retrying the upgrade.
Update on the same account (PII removed by staff), app (PII removed by staff):
Since the purchase attempt, the app editor can no longer keep any saved change. Every SAVE is recorded in Version History (1.000048, 1.000049, …), but on the next editor load the app reverts to version 1.000046 (saved 2026-09-02) and an entry “System / Editor refresh / Automatic consistency check” re-saves it as 1.000047. Restoring 1.000049 is reverted the same way within seconds, and even a trivial edit to the Short Description is reverted, so this is not caused by the app definition itself. Loading the app definition without a version number always returns 1.000046, while loading version 1.000049 explicitly returns the newer definition, so the app’s current-version pointer seems stuck.
Please either apply the 5 Starter licences to account (PII removed by staff) (and make version 1.000049 current), or refund the USD 25.00 charge (receipt PII removed by staff). Either resolution is fine. Thank you.
