As with this “delete” function, I would like to select multiple files and change the value of a specific data with a custom behaviour. is it possible in your opinion? What should I read to learn how to do this? Thank you
Hi @Sandro_Ingrao
You may find useful tips with a quick research:
https://community.appsheet.com/search?q=bulk%20action
In short:
- define your action “set values…”
- click on the checkbox you are highlighting
- click on the action you want to perform then
The behaviors ok, but I don’t understand how to make them appear at the top right when I select the records
you must first click on the top-right corner checkbox. The action list will appear then.
only the default “delete” behavior appears
Can you share a screenshot of your action ?
what happens when you click on the three dots after this ?

I solved it by experimenting.
In behavior in the appearance section I have to click on display inline. Thanks all the same for the support
That’s weird, that would make redundancy on displaying action.
On my side, I have “Display prominently” and “Inline” as well, all displaying.
(it was a bunch of “draft actions”).
The “Prominently” allows to avoid redundancy.
