Can't Delete Suspended Free Trial Billing Account — No Charges, Card Expired

Hi, I’m trying to delete my Google Cloud free trial account. The billing account (ID: (PII Removed by Staff)) is suspended, but I have no charges and only an expired card on file.

I’ve tried adding a valid card, but it fails. The “Fix now” button just loops me back to the same suspended page. I also can’t shut down or delete the project (PII Removed by Staff).
