My app is in a prototype stage and it got blocked from working now that I reached 4 users. The max is supposed to be 10 users.

Choosing Personal/Fun as the appfunction actually imposes greater user limitations, so choose another.

Closing the loop on this…

I have reviewed @Eva_Tucker’s account and I did not find any blockers. Chances are that the Monthly User counter reset.
